Denso is one of the largest manufacturers of auto parts and electronic motor
components in the world. The company is based in Japan and is part of the Toyota
conglomerate. Best way to think of Denso is it is Toyota's version of GMC's
Delphi or Ford's Visteon. Denso offers products ranging from OEM parts
sold directly to the car manufacturers to replacement OEM and replacement OE
spec parts sold to consumers, mechanics, and dealerships. Denso is also known
for creating a two dimensional bar code which is widely used in Asia, similar in
concept to the UPC code in the US.
Denso also has an American Subsidiary called Denso International America. When
Denso decided to expand to the US in the 1970's, it was a small staff focusing
primarily on promoting the Denso air conditioner systems. Today those exact
Denos air conditioner parts can be found on a variety of cars ranging from
Toyota to Mercedes Benz.
Coincidently, the Thermal Systems division has been the most profitable division
for Denso. The other major Denso divisions are Power Train, Electronic,
Electric, Small Motors, Transportation, Industrial and Consumer.
Currently, Denso is a leader in producing replacement parts such as AC
compressors, for all makes and models. In fact, Denso sells some of the highest
quality AC compressors directly to the auto makers and dealerships. Along with
AC compressor parts, Denso also specializes in other "maintenance" parts such as
alternators, radiators, ac compressor, and other heating / cooling parts.
We have compiled a list of the most popular Denso AC Compressor parts and have
