BMW OEM numbers can be used to identify parts that were original equipment on a
specific BMW vehicles. These numbers are unique to the exact part and are not
replicated for different parts over the years. This means that an OEM number can
properly identify the part that is required no matter the age of the vehicle or
country of origin. Bosch is an OEM parts manufacturer for BMW, therefore Bosch
part numbers can be interchanged with BMW OEM numbers. Bosch never repeats part numbers
so it is
guaranteed that a Bosch number
