This is a brand new aftermarket air conditioning compressor. This is a modern re-design of the GM Harrison / Frigidaire A6 compressor. This compressor has an aluminum body vs. the original cast iron which results in a 20lb weight savings Original design is 36 lbs, and this version is 16 lbs. This compressor uses modern Denso design internals, modern spring-plate clutch, and is fully compatible with R12 or R134a refrigerant.
